Objectives and responsibilities:
You will be in charge of supporting the Key Account Director to deliver business growth in line with objectives through high quality execution of agreed plans.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for sell-out for all Heinemann points of sale
• Responsible for sell-in for selected travel retail accounts as identified by the Key Account Director
• Activate, implement and follow up daily management and implementation of centrally agreed plans (sales, promotion, merchandising, training, etc) with buyers/assistant contacts and in-store teams within agreed budget
• Build effective and collaborative relationships with key customer contacts and regional personnel
• Regular shop visits (up to 50% on the field)
• Support the Key Account Director to deliver business growth in line with objectives through high quality execution of agreed plans.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hands-on retail business management
- Ideally supported by marketing/consumer goods experience, preferably in wines and spirits
- Well groomed in budget management
- Effective use of 80/20 principle, strong drive for results, excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, international mindset
- Degree educated (preferably in business/management)
- Languages: Fluent German and English
- Ready to travel approximately 50% of time.
